1. You never set out to be a hosiery designer, where did it all begin?
 
Pretty Polly approached me to create a collaborative collection and the idea really excited me. I treat the design process like I would any other piece in my collection and continue to adapt and amend products until I am pleased with the finished article.
 
2. At what moment did you realise that HH tights were going to be such a big success?
 
You never know if a new product is going to be successful however as long as I am happy with the product that is the main thing.
 
3. How does it make you feel when you see celebs such as Jessie J, Pixie Lott etc, wearing your tights?
 
It is always such a buzz to see girls in my tights whether celebrities or girls in the street.
 
4. What's been your favourite design so far? Super-suspenders have become a design classic.
 
Super-suspenders are my favourite and as you say they have become a wardrobe staple.
 
5.  The latest collection features bingo balls, have you ever played bingo?
 
Of course, who hasn't!! I play now and again in East London.
 
6. We recently put two signed packs of your star tights and super suspenders on Twitter and Facebook. They got hundreds and hundreds of entries. You're a big fan of twitter and have over a hundred thousand followers. How important is social networking to you?
 
Social media is becoming an increasingly important way to engage with customers and fans. I love the immediacy of this type of interaction and also that people can feed back.
 
7. What's new for House of Holland hosiery, you recently tweeted about nude suspender tights?! Can you tell us more???
 
We are working on an amazing Christmas collection, can't say anything as yet but watch this space.
