Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to send an item back to tightsplease then you can if:

1) You send it back within 14 working days of receiving the product and either of the two following options apply:

a) the packet has been unopened and the product unworn

b) the product is faulty

Due to the nature of hosiery we can only accept ladders as faults if they were present when you first opened the packet.

 A return will only be accepted for Tights and Leggings if the item is unworn.

For hygiene reasons (and just like in high street shops) knickers, shapewear, bodies and basques,swimwear briefs or costumes cannot be returned.
