Delivery Charges

• We charge a flat £1.95 for UK deliveries and £8 for overseas delivery no matter how large the order.

• We also now provide the additional delivery service, were your pay a one off payment of  £3.50 this then allows you to receive Free Delivery for any orders made within the next 12 months. Simply click on this option when you are in the checkout section. 

• If customers would prefer to have a Next Day Delivery Service this is available for a charge of £8.00. Please call us before 2:30pm Monday to Friday on 0845 365 1221 if you would like to take advantage of this service,

Delivery Timescales

• The number of items that are in stock are shown on the website. If an item is in stock then we dispatch it the same day if you order before 3.30pm (the next working day for orders after 3.30pm). Any out of stock items are ordered from suppliers and sent within 1 working day of receiving the product from the supplier.

• Deliveries are split into smaller packages to fit through letterboxes and usually take 2-4 working days to arrive. Overseas deliveries take 1-4 weeks depending on your postal system and whether the goods pass through customs.

If Items DO NOT ARRIVE

For UK Orders: items are classed by Royal Mail as lost in post after 15 working days (ie 3 weeks). Please contact your local sorting office during this 3 week period to see if they are holding your order. If 3 weeks elapses and your order has not arrived then please contact us using the link below and we can help you.

For Non UK Orders:- Overseas deliveries can take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your local postal system and whether items have to pass through customs. If your items have not arrived within a couple of weeks then they are probably passing through customs. If they have not arrived within 4 weeks then please contact us at the link below:
