How do I place an order?
1. Simply use the menu to find the type of tights you are looking for.
2. Click on the green Buy button to select the colour and size and then hit 'Add to shopping bag' .
3. Once you have finished shopping go to checkout and enter your details...your tights will then be delivered in 2-4 working days.
How do I enter a discount code to my basket?
To enter a discount code to your basket, copy the code into the ‘Enter Voucher Code’ field and press submit. This will deduct the offer from your basket.
Where is the total of my order on the checkout page?
The total cost of you order is displayed on the top right-hand corner of the checkout page. Please check the total price of your order before proceeding with the green ‘complete order’ button which is displayed at the bottom of the page.
What does ‘back order’ mean on my confirmation email?
Sometimes on your confirmation receipt you may see the words ‘back order’ displayed next to a product you have ordered. This means that the item ordered is currently not in stock. A purchase order will have been placed with the suppliers and we will be awaiting the stock to come into our warehouse.
How long am I expected to wait if a product is on ‘back order’?
When a purchase order has been made for an item on ‘back order’ this should take 10-14 days to arrive into our warehouse. All items will be sent out to you within 24 hours of us receiving them into stock.
What should I do when I haven’t received my products and my order is for UK Delivery?
UK orders should take 2-4 working days to reach their delivery destination. All items are sent via Royal Mail first class from our warehouse in Jersey. Please check that your local sorting office is not holding anything for you before you contact our team. Please do not contact us until after 15 working days has passed from the shipping date, this is in accordance to the Royal Mail policy that an item is not lost in the post until this period is up. Only after 15 working days from the shipping date can any action be taken against an order.
What should I do when I haven’t received my products and my order is for International Delivery?
International orders can take anything from 1-5 weeks to arrive at their delivery destination. However if you have not received your items after 21 working days please check that your local sorting office or customs office are not holding anything for you before you contact our team. Only after 21 working days from the shipping date can any action be taken against an order.
P&P on returns?
All postage needs to be paid for by the customer unless a product is being returned for a manufacturing fault.
How do I return my item?
To return for an item for a refund or an exchange, please do so via the website. Log in to your account using the link provided below:

Please follow the online steps under the title Return or exchange a product and the correct order ID number. Items can only be exchanged for the same item in a different colour or size. Please remember to print your returns form off and include this with your parcel.
Nb: If you cannot print off your return form, please provide the warehouse with your name, address, order ID, the reason for your return, the action you would like to be taken (refund or exchange) and a contact number or email address.
What do I do if I haven’t received my refund within 14 days?
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of you requesting one, please double-check with your bank. If the refund is still not apparent please contact us via telephone on 0845 365 1221.
Please not that any transaction you will see on your statements will be credited from Pleaseonline Services not Tightsplease.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
If you suspect that your item is faulty, please log this return via your online account on the website, please follow the same instructions as explained in the section ‘How do I return my item’. If you suspect that this fault is a manufacturing fault, please drop us an email to customercare@tightsplease.co.uk or call us on 0845 365 1221, and we will be able to assist you further. All items returned to us that our faulty will be credited with a standard refund of the postage back to us. This will be given in the form of a cheque or a discount off your next order.
