Wearing a pair of cream trousers she didn't want the ugly visible toe of her control tights to show so she cut the tights off at the ankle. Following many more innovative ideas she invented Spanx, a range of shaping wear which is slimming, comfortable and designed to be worn with a wide range of shoe styles. Gwyneth Paltrow was snapped wearing Mama Spanx footless tights while she was pregnant and has since been reported saying she relies on spanx to hide her post baby bump.
